If you have never made GNOCCHI, this class will definitely be for you! This hands-on experience will guide you through the entire process of creating delicious homemade gnocchi, just like my beloved nonna used to http://enthusiasts.Byake in her cozy kitchen. We will begin by selecting the perfect potatoes, learning about the different varieties and their unique qualities that contribute to the texture and flavor of the gnocchi. You will discover the importance of cooking the potatoes properly, ensuring they are fluffy and light, which is essential for achieving that perfect gnocchi consistency.
Once we have prepared the potatoes, we will move on to the exciting part—transforming them into gnocchi!
